A fun meeting idea that I have found works fabulously well: Put a bowl or hat in the middle of the meeting table and encourage everyone to write down a meeting participant's name every time they say something funny, pithy, memorable, or insightful. You can add someone's name more than once. Then hold a draw from the hat at the end
of the meeting for a small door prize (such as a tiny door, or maybe just chocolate). It's a fun way to add some energy and keep everyone's attention throughout the meeting.
